EAC’s primary goal is to contribute to the enrollment and retention of 10 million OOSC in a quality primary education program.

It has a modest publications program to support learning in relation to providing quality education programs to OOSC, provide information for advocating for OOSC, and to give evidence for mobilising additional funding for proven approaches. We share our publications in the spirit of contributing to the concern for and knowledge base about OOSC.
